Der Trikotsponsor in der nächsten Saison ist nach dem Willen einer ebenfalls großen Mehrheit aus meiner Sicht „leider“ Nike geworden.

28,000 members complete takeover of Ebbsfleet United football club

On Tuesday 19 February 2007, over 28,000 members of www.myfootballclub.co.uk will formally complete the takeover of Blue Square Premier football club Ebbsfleet United (Blue Square Premier was formerly known as the Conference).

This process has taken less than 10 months since the website’s launch. Not only is it the world’s first website-community takeover of a football club, it is the first website-community takeover of any business. The Trust is registered with the Financial Services Authority, and it is the first to allow internet voting.
